(1) The bottom of the beer equipment is tapered to facilitate the discharge of yeast at any time during the production process.
(2) The fermenter of beer equipment has a cooling device, and the temperature of fermentation is easy to control, so the fermentation time will be shortened, the chance of bacteria contamination is less, and the quality of craft beer is stable.
(3) The fermentation liquid in the beer equipment tank will produce carbon dioxide gradient due to the height of the liquid. When the temperature is controlled, the fermentation liquid will form convection. The intensity of convection will become stronger with the increase of the fermenter, and the intensity of convection will improve the fermentation ability of yeast, accelerate the fermentation speed and shorten the fermentation time.
(4) The conical tank design of beer equipment can be used for both bottom fermentation and top fermentation.
