Herbal Extract Vacuum Concentration Machine

This vacuum concentration machine is specially designed for the low-temperature concentration of herbal water extracts, alcohol extracts, and various botanical liquids. Operating under vacuum, it flexibly controls evaporation temperature within 20–50°C, fundamentally preventing thermal degradation of heat-sensitive bioactive compounds such as flavonoids, polysaccharides, and alkaloids, while fully preserving the pharmacological potency and natural color of the extract. Employing a rotating roller thin-film evaporation technology, the material forms a uniform film on the roller surface with extremely short residence time, effectively avoiding active ingredient decomposition. The system supports continuous feeding and discharging with online concentration monitoring, automatically discharging when the target specific gravity (up to >1.3) is reached, enabling pipelined, continuous, and automated production. During concentration, solvents including water and ethanol are simultaneously recovered for cost reduction and environmental friendliness. Constructed entirely of 316L stainless steel and equipped with CIP cleaning, the machine meets GMP standards, making it an ideal core equipment for producing high-activity, high-purity herbal extracts in the pharmaceutical and botanical processing industries.
