This vacuum evaporator system is specifically designed for concentrating glucose syrup and high-fructose corn syrup. Operating under vacuum, it substantially lowers the boiling point of the feed, enabling evaporation at a low temperature of 45–65°C, which effectively prevents thermal degradation of color, flavor, and nutritional components, avoids browning and side reactions, and ensures high product purity. Meanwhile, the mild evaporation process significantly reduces syrup viscosity, improves flowability during subsequent conveying, chromatographic separation, and crystallization steps, and minimizes sugar caramelization losses, thereby maximizing overall sugar recovery and final yield. The system can be flexibly equipped with multi-effect evaporation or MVR energy-saving modules, operates stably, supports continuous feed and discharge, and enables CIP cleaning, making it a highly efficient and reliable core equipment for starch sugar processing.
