Fruit Juice Concentrate Vacuum Evaporator System

This vacuum evaporator system is specially developed for the low-temperature concentration of various fruit juices including apple, orange, berry, and tropical fruits. Operating under vacuum, it effectively controls the evaporation temperature at 40–50°C, fundamentally preventing thermal damage to heat-sensitive components, achieving over 84% vitamin C retention, and preserving the natural color, fresh taste, and characteristic aroma of the juice. Adopting falling-film evaporation, the juice forms a uniform film on the inner wall of heating tubes and passes through in a single pass with extremely short residence time, effectively preventing browning and scorching. An optional aroma recovery module condenses and collects volatile aromatic compounds for reintegration, further locking in fresh fruit flavor. In terms of energy efficiency, the system can be flexibly configured with multi-effect evaporation or MVR technology, evaporating 3–5 kg of water per kg of steam, significantly reducing operating costs. With PLC automatic control and CIP cleaning, the system ensures stable, hygienic, and reliable operation, making it an ideal core equipment for premium concentrated juice production.
