There are many heating methods for stainless steel mixing tanks in production and processing:
1. Steam or hot water indirect heating method: heat the water vapor or hot water through the tubular heater in the storage tank or the heating jacket of the tanker to heat the gas storage product.
2. Hot gas storage circulation heating method: Part of the gas storage product is continuously extracted from the gas storage container, and returned to the gas storage container after heating to mix with the cold storage gas, mechanically stirring, and heat transfer is fast. Compared with ordinary drum storage tanks, stainless steel mixing tanks can withstand high pressure and are suitable for many high pressure occasions.
3. Electric heating method: There are three types of resistance heating, induction heating and infrared heating. The infrared heating method has simple equipment, high thermal efficiency and convenient use, and is suitable for heating containers and gas tankers.
4. Hot water cushion heating method: rely on the hot water cushion below the gas storage product to transfer heat to the gas storage product. Conducive to improving the performance of domestic water and fire water facilities. Constantly replenishing hot water, replacing cooled cold water, maintains the temperature of the hot water pad. Steam can be used to supplement heat. This method is used when a convenient source of hot water is available.
5. Steam direct heating method: The saturated water vapor (referred to as water vapor) is directly fed into the heated steel cylinder. The stainless steel mixing tank does not need to be cleaned frequently; only by opening the drain valve at the bottom of the tank regularly can the sediment in the water be discharged. The equipment is simple and can be cleaned once every 3 years, which greatly saves the cleaning cost. The method is simple in operation and high in thermal efficiency, but condensed water will affect the quality of gas storage, and is suitable for gas storage products that do not require high water content, such as gas gas storage and agricultural diesel gas storage.
