The agitator is an important part of the stainless steel mixing tank. It needs to agitate the material, so the speed and direction of rotation must be strictly specified, otherwise the material may not reach the expected mixing effect, and the equipment may be damaged. , so how are these specified?


Whether stirring is clockwise or counterclockwise depends on the design. If the design does not have a turning mark, it is possible to turn left and right. The steering of the reducer is generally possible from left to right. The turning direction of the agitator depends on the type of the stirring blade, and the direction (clockwise or counterclockwise) should be given in general design.


Because in some cases, the stirring paddle is locked on the stirring shaft with a lock nut, and the rotation direction is generally opposite to that of the thread. The steering of the output shaft of the reducer should be the same as the steering of the agitator, so that the steering of the input shaft can be determined, thereby determining the steering of the motor. If there is a stirring rotation direction on the reducer of the stirring motor, according to the regulations of the reducer, the process design should also meet the requirements of the equipment. Once the agitator of the stainless steel mixing tank is selected, its direction of rotation is determined and cannot be changed arbitrarily.

Stirring container standard: Generally, the turning direction of the stirring shaft should be indicated in the drawing. If forward and reverse rotation is really required, it should be indicated in the technical requirements and the rotational speed should be specified. However, this is not done in the actual process. The direction of rotation (normal operation) is indicated in the drawing. For example, the drawing indicates that it is forward rotation, but in the actual process, there may be instantaneous or intermittent reverse rotation (non-normal operation). Generally, The speed of reversal is relatively slow and the time is relatively short, so it is not considered.
