Insert the blowing needle of each way into the end and screw it tightly, and insert the trachea into the corresponding stopcock to the end, each way of blowing needle can be adjusted or closed by the stopcock.
3. Air flow adjustment:
Turn the knob of each channel slightly to the left and right to adjust the gas flow of this gas channel, and judge the flow rate you need according to the size of the liquid surface ripple.
Fourth, the connection of the gas circuit:
Connect the nitrogen pipeline to the interface of the gas distribution chamber, and the position of the gas needle channel used can be arranged in advance. (Unused channels should be closed)
Five, temperature setting:
1. Place the machine on a horizontal workbench.
2. The water level in the working room should be more than 7cm higher than the electric heating pipe in the working room to prevent dry burning.
3. Temperature adjustment: PV measurement temperature SV actual temperature
a. Set temperature
Press the SET button to enter the temperature setting mode to set or view the set value. Press the SET button to see the SV and numbers flashing on the right side to indicate that in the setting mode, press the up button to increase the set value, and the down button to decrease the set value. Keep pressing Hold it down, it will increase or decrease to the value you need. After setting, press the SET button to exit the setting mode and return to the normal working measurement mode.
b. Adjust parameters
Sc: Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the internal parameter setting adjustment interface. The upper part of the right interface shows Sc is the error calibration value, which indicates the error between the measured value and the actual value of the temperature controller. The default is 0.0, and the lower right side displays The flashing number (the following parameter setting method is the same), press the up or down button to adjust the value. (-9.9~9.9) E: Press after setting
The SET key enters the adjustment of the next parameter. The upper part of the right interface shows E to indicate the advance of the breakpoint control (only effective when the P value is set to 0), the default value is 0.5, and the adjustment method is the same as Sc.
