Instructions For Use Of Integrated Intelligent Distillation Instrument



1. Introduction to the instrument

This product incorporates a unique design concept on the basis of traditional instruments, such as uniform heating, volume control distillation end point, anti-back suction, cooling water circulation cooling and backflow device technology. The integrated universal distillation instrument realizes the purposes of simple operation, beautiful and practical, energy saving and consumption reduction, and can be widely used in environmental protection, food inspection, disease control, water supply and drainage, universities, scientific research institutes, factories and mining enterprises and other laboratories that require distillation. Places, such as the distillation treatment of volatile phenol, cyanide, ammonia nitrogen, sulfur dioxide and other items.

Three, installation

Before installing the integrated intelligent distillation instrument, check the installed table, power supply, and installation space to ensure that the table is firm, the power supply voltage is stable, and the space is satisfactory.

1. Install beams and glassware

Install the beam, the condensate bottle holder, the condensate bottle, and the distillation bottle on the instrument according to the installation drawing, and then connect the circulating cooling water pipeline.

2. Turn on the power

Connect the power connector of the instrument to the main power supply and the auxiliary power supply respectively.

3. Add cooling water

Four, debugging

1. Check the cooling water circulation system

Turn on the cold water circulation switch, the condenser tube starts to enter water, and observe whether each interface is leaking. If there is water leaking, you need to re-seal the connection. After the circulating water of the condenser tube is full, the normal liquid level of the water tank is between the yellow line and the red line. You can judge whether the circulating water is operating normally by whether the green water flow meter on the right side of the front of the instrument is rotating.

2. Specific operation method

Fill the distillation flask with distilled water, the top is sealed and communicated with the anti-suckback device through a hollow sealing plug and a hose, the long arm mouth is sealed and communicated with the condensate flask, and the distillate of the condensate flask is sealed and communicated with the receiving flask through the hose.

2.1 Select distillation experiment

Turn on the main switch and auxiliary switch, enter the "preset menu" interface, press the "select" key to select "1. Experiment selection" and press the "confirm" key to enter the "experiment selection" interface, and then press the "select" key to select "cyanide" , Press the "Enter" key to select, and press the "Return" key to return to the "Preset Menu" interface. The distillation endpoint control for each experiment: weight setting and time setting are all set with default values, which can be adjusted by users according to their needs.

2.2 Choose the power of the whole machine

In the "Preset Menu" interface, select "2. Power of the whole machine" and press the "Enter" key to enter, select the required power and press "Enter" to select, and return to the "Preset Menu" interface. This item is selected according to the needs of users and the carrying capacity of the power supply voltage. The default setting is 3600W before leaving the factory.

3.3 Choose control mode

In the "Preset Menu" interface, select "3. Control Mode" and press the "Enter" key to enter, select the desired control mode, and press the "Return" key to the "Preset Menu" interface. This item can be set according to the user's needs. If there is no special requirement, the factory setting "dual control" can be set by default (time and weight control the distillation end point, and both adopt the principle of priority control).

3.4 Start of distillation experiment

First press the "confirm" button, and then press the heating furnace control button at the bottom left of the instrument to start the distillation.

3.5 Single hole power, weight, time setting

For experiments with special requirements, the power of each heating unit can be adjusted according to the needs. Press "Power" twice to enter the "Power Setting" interface, select by selecting the button, and press "+" "-" to increase or decrease . The weight and time settings are the same as above.

3.6 End of distillation

The distillate receiving bottle is located on the tray of each weighing unit. When the weight of the distillate or the distillation time reaches the set value, the electric furnace automatically stops heating (corresponding to the heating indicator light is off), and the anti-sucking device is turned on ( Corresponding to the green indicator light).

 

Five, operating procedures

1. Preparation

Add the distillation sample, required reagents, zeolite, water, etc. into the long-arm distillation flask in sequence, and mix well. Then the distillation flask is placed on the heating furnace in sequence, the long-arm mouth of the distillation flask is sealed and connected with the condensing flask, and the upper mouth of the distillation flask is sealed and connected with the anti-suckback device through a hollow stopper and a rubber hose. Place the volumetric flasks receiving the distillate on the tray in turn (the distillate drainage tube is preferably located in the center of the volumetric flask mouth).

2. Turn on the power

Plug in the main and auxiliary power plugs, turn on the main switch, auxiliary switch, and cold water circulation in turn. At this time, the LCD screen displays the "preset menu" interface.

3. Experimental settings:

Select the experiment, the power of the whole machine, and the control mode according to your needs. First press OK to enter the "weighing" interface, then turn on the heating furnace control button, and the distillation experiment will begin.

4. End point setting: According to requirements, you can study and modify in the "weight setting" and "time setting" interface, and press "OK" to save.

5. End of distillation

When the weight of the distillate in the receiving bottle or the distillation time reaches the set value, the electric heating furnace automatically stops heating, and at the same time the corresponding anti-back sucking device is opened, and the distillation work ends at the end of the distillation. Remove the volumetric flask and turn it off (turn off the power supply of the integrated intelligent distillation apparatus).

Note: (1) If you put the volumetric flask on the tray first, and then start the distillation experiment, the tare will be automatically completed during the startup initialization.

(2) If the volumetric flask is placed on the tray after the experiment starts, the experimenter must manually finish the tare.

(3) If you repeat the previous experiment, directly press the "Confirm" button in the "Preset Menu" to start the distillation experiment.

Six, matters needing attention

1. When the integrated intelligent distillation instrument is used for the first time, it is recommended to use pure water or distilled water to prevent scale formation in long-term use. The high liquid level is added to the red line of the liquid level window, and it can be recycled for more than half a year. If the liquid level is lower than the yellow line, the cooling effect is poor, do not add water beyond the red line.

2. The connection between the distillation flask and the condensate flask is well sealed, and the top sealing plug of the distillation flask is effectively connected to the solenoid valve through a hose to prevent air leakage.

3. During the experiment, it is forbidden to put other sundries near the tray, so as not to affect the accuracy of weighing.

4. When the room temperature is higher than 25℃ in summer, the cooling effect will decrease. It is recommended to connect external cooling device or tap water to cool down.

5. When the room temperature is lower than 0°C in winter, the instrument should be protected from cold and warm to prevent the condensing device from bursting and making it unusable.

6. The load cell has a large range of 3㎏, if you have other needs, please use the time control mode.

7. For two consecutive distillation experiments, in order to ensure the condensing effect, do not turn off the cold water circulation switch after the second experiment.
