Before starting the device, please check whether the device is affected inside and outside the device and around it.
A functioning person or object is present to avoid danger.
4. After installation, please do a test run for a few seconds first, and make sure that there is no electrical short circuit or abnormal sound, before you can carry out a short test run.
5. If the mixing tank is equipped with a mechanical seal, an appropriate amount of 10# or sewing machine oil must be injected into the mechanical seal lubrication groove before the main engine is started, and cooling water must be introduced into the mechanical seal cooling cavity, so that the mechanical seal device can operate well. lubrication and cooling. The mechanical seal is not adjusted at the factory,
After the installation is completed, adjust the mechanical seal to a good position according to the installation and operation instructions, and then it can run normally (according to the user's needs).
6. After the equipment is in normal operation, please check the bearing temperature, smoothness of operation, tightness, etc., and whether the instrument is normal. After confirming that it is normal, it can be put into operation.
