Generally, The Wall Thickness Of The Stainless Steel Mixing Tank Should Be Set Appropriately.

Due to the different production processes of different products and different materials to be processed, the design requirements and configurations of the stainless steel mixing tank are also different.

1. According to the pressure design of the mixing tank. Different pressure mixing tanks have different wall thicknesses. If the mixing tank is at normal pressure, usually the tank wall is only 3mm; if it is a pressure-resistant tank, the corresponding thickness needs to be increased according to the actual pressure.

2. Adjust according to the heating method. If it is an electrically heated stainless steel stirring tank, there is no pressure in the jacket, so the wall thickness of the jacket is usually about 3MM; if the jacket is heated by steam, the wall thickness needs to be increased according to the pressure; if the pressure is too large, the clip The sleeve can also be selected according to the pressure, Miller plate, coil, hollow jacket, etc.

3. Choose according to the mixer. In the case of a conventional paddle agitator, the wall thickness of the tank jacket generally does not need to be increased. If the agitator becomes wall scraping, then the wall thickness will need to be increased. Of course, it also needs to be adjusted according to the actual volume of the tank.

To sum up, when customers order stainless steel mixing tanks, the wall thickness of the tank can be increased or decreased according to the pressure, agitator, and volume of the mixing tank. Welcome to inquire about related questions
