Introduction of the Chinese herb extraction machine
It is consist of two parts , one is the extraction machine . The other is the concentraction machine . So this is not only extrac the herbal, it also have a concentrator to concentrate the liquid after extract.
Different function programes of the herb extraction machine :
1). Small reflux function program (low-temperatuer extracting)
Introduce: Extract tank - hot reflux condenser- electract tank low temperature extracting stage. atmospheric extraction, for 2 hours.
2). Big reflux function program (hot reflux low temperature extrcting and concentrating)
Introduce : Extract tank- heate-evaporator - hot reflux condenser- vauum switcher - extract tank lower temperature extracting and concentrating stage, for 2-4 hours.
3). Concentrating extract medicine and recover solvent functions program(low temperautre extracting)
Introduce: heater- evaporator- hot reflux condenser- vacuum switcher- solvent recovery low temperature concentrating stage to collect extract medicine, for 2-4 hours.
4). Extracting essential oil functions program;
Introduce: Extraction tank - hot reflux condenser- oil water separator
5). Continuous permeability and reflux extraction function program
extracting tank - delivery pump- extract tank
Application of the chinese herb extraction machine
This equipment can be used for herbal. Plant, food’s decoction, warm soaking, heat reflux, forced circulation, permeability percolation, aromatic oil extraction and organic solvent recovery process under atmospheric pressure or pressure. It has advantage of high efficiency and easy operation. Therefore,it is widely used in pharmaceutical,food, chemical and other industries.
