Introduction of the milk strainer
Milk strainer have the similar design of Side entry strainers, With a 304SS body and strainer, It is a cheaper solution specially design for dairy industries.
Stainless steel Milk strainer is installed in the piping system where a changing of flow direction is required. The Milk strainer aims to remove solid particles or to protect the pump form big solid damage. Compare with Y-strainer, side entry strainer have more filtration areas and less pressure loss. The inner filter element could be Punching net (1mm to 3mm)with filter mesh (50-200 mesh) or ss sieve tube. The up body union design makes the cleaning of the strainer very easy and convenience. The inlet and outlet could be welding ends, tri clamp or union. Surface finish is mirror polish, Ra<0.4um.
