the working principle is that the material liquid enters the balance cylinder and is controlled by the feed pump feed valve flowmeter to enter a preheater which is the heat source by the secondary steam which is evaporated by the separator , then enters the top of the heater , and the material liquid of each tube is evenly distributed through the uniform dispersion of the distribution plate .

The features of themultiple effect evaporator

1. The whole heating system of the equipment has the main characteristics of high heat transfer efficiency and short heating time due to the uniform steam heating and liquid film flow evaporation.If the heat pump is reconfigured, it has the advantages of energy saving and consumption reduction, low steam consumption and low cooling water circulation.

2. The material flows downward along the inner wall of the pipe and accelerates the pressurized flow evaporation, which adapts to the evaporation and concentration of the material liquid with high viscosity.

3. Because the material evaporates in each tube, the heating time of the liquid is very short, so it is very beneficial to the evaporation and concentration of the food, and the nutrition of the food is greatly preserved.

Under vacuum, the evaporation process not only ensures the sanitary requirements of materials, but also ensures the environmental protection requirements, at the same time greatly reduces the evaporation temperature, plus the configuration of hot pressure pumps. Part of the secondary steam is reinhaled and mixed with the raw steam through the hot pressure pump, which not only saves the steam generation, but also because the steam through the hot pressure pump enters the heating shell in the form of spray fog, the steam diffuses rapidly, and the heating of the feed liquid is mild. So suitable for the concentration of thermosensitive materials.
