Introduction of the high flow filter vessel

High Flow Filter vessel is designed to take Ultipleat High Flow filters for applications involving large liquid flow rates such as pre reverse osmosis filtration and cooling water. Ultipleat High Flow filter systems are used in a wide variety of applications where high flow rates and long service life are primary requirements.

High flow Filter vessels are widely used for large diameter and high flow rate pipes .it can effectively remove dirt, pipe scale and other substances from process liquids.

Combined with its large diameter and proprietary range of available filter media, permits use of significantly fewer elements and smaller housings for high flow applications. Greater performance may now be achieved with a system that is two to four times smaller than conventional depth or pleated filter technologies.

Adopted high quality of stainless steel 304 ,stainless steel 316L or titanium material

Closure connection designed to ferrule clamp and high pressure flange type

O-ring sealing: standard in EPDM. Viton®, PTFE encapsulated Viton® and silicone available on request

Single and multi cartridge housing available

Horizontal and vertical construction are both available

Adopts 20” 40” 60” high flow filter cartridges
