Introduction of the sand filter tank

The designed flow rate of quartz sand filter tank is 8-15 m / h, and the filter contains 4-60 object quartz sand filter material. It can effectively remove suspended matter, particulate matter, mechanical impurity and colloidal impurity in water. Reduce the turbidity of water.

Because the surface filter layer and the filter membrane are destroyed, the filtration efficiency is obviously reduced, so it is advisable to use low velocity operation after backwash. In order to form the filter membrane, the quartz sand filter has reasonable upper and lower water distribution system. Compared with other filters, it has the advantages of more uniform water distribution and stable effluent quality, and ensures the system water flux at the same time.

Applications of the sand filter tank
