1. The construction, inspection and acceptance of the anti-corrosion project of the stainless steel storage tank should be carried out in strict accordance with the specifications. After the surface of the anti-corrosion material is dry, the dry film thickness of the bottom layer, the middle layer and the surface layer should be measured respectively. The total dry film thickness of the coating shall comply with the relevant requirements in this regulation.
2. Check the number of coating passes and brushing quality, and conduct visual inspection after the coating construction is completed. The main inspection contents of the coating quality include: whether the coating is missing, rusted, bubbles, bottom penetration, sagging, wrinkled, etc., whether the coating is smooth and smooth, and whether the color is uniform and the same, and use a magnifying glass of 5 to 10 times to detect the coating. The pinhole situation of the coating, or use the wet sponge method to check the pinhole rate of the coating, the random inspection rate should not be less than 5% of the coating area.
3. When each coat of paint is brushed, the wet film thickness should be measured randomly with a wet film thickness gauge.
4. After the anti-corrosion coating of the stainless steel storage tank is completed and the paint film is dry, the thickness of the coating shall be measured with a thickness gauge.
5. The coating thickness of the stainless steel tank is required to be uniform, that is, 90% of the measured value should reach the specified dry film thickness, and 10% of the value is allowed to be lower, but it should be greater than "90% of the specified value", otherwise the number of coating passes should be increased. until qualified.
6. For electrostatic conductive coatings, after the construction is completed and the paint film is dry, the coating resistivity must be measured with a coating resistivity tester. The surface resistivity of the coating electrical performance test results should be less than 109Ω, or the volume resistivity is less than 108Ω.m, and the test results should be within the same order of magnitude.
