Introduction of the pleated filter cartridge

stainless steel mesh pleated filter cartridge stacked according to different structures together, and then after sintering, pressing, rolling and other processes made of porous sintered material. Generally five-layer structure, divided into protective layer, filter layer, separation layer, strengthen layer, support layer of five parts. The filter has both a stable filtration accuracy, but also a higher strength and stiffness .the dimensions can be processed according to user requirements.

PTFE Pleated Filter Cartridge is constructed of natural hydrophobic Polytetrafluoroethylene membrane media and non-woven support materials. The adaptors are thermally welded without the use of glues or adhesives to prevent any possibility of pollution.

PP Pleated Filter Cartridge delivers high efficiency and consistent filtration of fluids in a wide range of critical applications. They are constructed of pleated melt blown filter media that provides removal of particles from 0.1 to 50um. The high surface area ensures long service life and low initial pressure drops. All cartridge hardware components are high purity polypropylene materials for use in critical process applications. These cartridges are manufactured and assembled in a clean room environment to minimize the possibility of contamination.

The absolute rate PES pleated filter cartridge is constructed of imported asymmetric hydrophilic PES membrane media and PP support layers. All construction process are thermally welded without using any glue or adhesives to get low extraction level. It has advantages of absolute rate,  high porosity, and homogeneous pore distribution, which make it an ideal product for final bacterial removal.
