It consists of one or multi cylinders with jacket heating and a rotating film scraper inside the cylinder.
The film scraper continuously scraped the feeding into a thick and uniform liquid film on the heating surface and moved downwards; during this process the low boiling point components were evaporated while the residues were discharged from the bottom of the evaporator.
The unique distributor not only has the function of evenly throwing the material into the inner wall of the evaporator to prevent the material from spilling into the evaporator into the steam stream, but also prevents the newly entered material from flashing here, which is conducive to the elimination of the foam. The material can only evaporate along the heating surface.

Features of the wiped film evaporator
