Introduction of the self cleaning filter

As the automatic self cleaning filter , it can automatically removes particles from the filter element surface by the mechanical scraping, and it can work on-line continuously, this kind self cleaning is capable of both low viscosity liquid and high viscous liquids.
The motor drives the scraper to rotate and remove the particles on the filter element internal surface.

The conventional manual filter gets frequently clogged when filtering viscous liquid or removing viscous contaminant. so that customer has to accept the larger filter and clean the filter frequently. It takes expensive investment, requires hard maintenance and discharges lot of waste liquid. Self cleaning filter is the ideal solution for such problems, always keep the filter element cleaning, and discharges the liquid with high solid content and result in less valuable liquid loss. With its obvious advantage, self cleaning filter is taking the places of conventional ones such as the vibrating screens, bag filters, basket filters and some back-flushing filters, etc..
