Stainless steel liquid soap detergent mixing tank is designed for preparing and making product like liquid soap, Hand sanitizer; Liquid soap etc products. The tank is designed with a dispersion blade mixer and some times an emulsifier mixer, with or with heating jacket as customer's requirement.
A liquid soap-based mixing tank, consist of a shell, a tank body, a stirring device, a feed port, a discharge port, an air inlet and an air outlet, the liquid soap-based mixing is provided with a feed port on the tank, and a discharge port is provided under the tank. Stirring at the center of the top with stirring speed: 1450-2900r/min (high speed emulsifier mixer)
