Jam mixing tank is mainly used for preparation of all kinds of fruit jams (including apple jam. Strawberry jam, blueberry jam. Mixed fruit jam etc.). The Jam mixing tank is with heating and cooling jacket for heating the jam up for sterilization, and cooling the jam temperature down.
