Introduction of the steam filter housing

Stainless steel steam/air gas filter housing could be used in both food and pharmacy grade filed like sterile air, and also industrial filed like compressed air. It help remove both moisture and solid particles, such as pipe scale and rust from the steam/air supply and protect equipment like air compressor.

The body closure could be Tri clamp, Union nuts. And flange. All are easy of maintenance. The main use of the steam filter housing is to clean up factory or plant steam to reduce levels of contamination, such as boiler feed chemicals carried over from the boiler off take, so that the end products not adversely affected.

Features of the steam gas filter housing

1. Filter length is available from 10” to 40”

2. Filter housing material is available of stainless steel 304 and stainless steel 316L

3. Surface finish is food grade mechanical polished or industrial sand blasting

4. The steam gas filter is available of single round or muliti round filter housing according to the different flow rate request ,such is 1round ,3 round ,5 round ,7round ,9round or 12round

5. Operate pressure can reach 150psi or more
