Extraction principle of the herb extractor:
1.Water extraction: water and traditional Chinese medicine are added to the tank in a certain proportion, open the jacket evaporation inlet valve to begin to heat the steam extraction, in the extraction process, the tank will produce a large number of steam, these secondary steam from the steam outlet. Through the foam trap to the condenser for condensation, then into the cooler for cooling, and then into the gas-liquid separator for gas-liquid separation, so that residual uncooled gas condenser on the escape, liquid back to extract the tank. This cycle until the end of the extraction, when the extraction solution to meet the requirements of the extraction process, stop heating.
Forced circulation: in order to improve extraction efficiency, a pump can be used for forced circulation of drugs (but not for starchy and viscous drugs). The liquid is released from the lower part of the tank, filtered by the pipe filter, and then pumped back to the tank for reflux extraction.
Extraction: after the extraction, the extracted liquid is released from the lower part of the tank, filtered by the pipeline filter, and then transported to the concentrated liquid section by the medicine liquid pump for concentration.
