The stainless steel double jacketed mixing tank with heater is a triple layer tank including inner tank wall, heating jacket, And insulation, The jacket could be steam heating, The tank is with jacket temperature control system with a PT100 temperature sensor.

Heating method: the electric heating rod is inserted into the jacket, and the heating is uniform and there is no cold zone. Heat transfer oil or water is injected into the jacket as the heating medium to generate heat energy to heat the materials in the tank.

Heating temperature: ≤200℃; material heating time: 30min～90min (depending on process requirements). Temperature control is available.

Temperature control: The temperature is measured by an electric thermometer connected with a temperature controller to measure and control the temperature, and the temperature of the material can be adjusted.
