Introduction of the Conical beer fermenter

The conical fermenter also known as stainless steel conical fermentation tank, conical beer fermenter, primary fermenter or uni tanks, Fermentation is the process during which the yeast transforms the wort into beer.

The conical fermenter can be individually temperature controlled through cooling jackets and are mostly equipped with accessories such as over pressure and under pressure valve, CIP cleaning jet, sanitary sample valve, manhole,etc

Features of the conical fermenter

Standard Configuration: Fermentation tank, Controlling Unit, glycol Cooling Unit

Interior Shell: SUS304 full welded; TH=3mm

Exterior Shell:SUS304 full welded; TH=2mm

100% TIG welding with pure argon gas shield

Interior Finish: Overall polishing to 0.4-0.6 μm without dead corner

Insulation: Polyurethane; TH=60mm

Dished head and 60 or 70 degree cone bottom

Sanitary top mounted manway

CIP arm with 360° coverage CIP spraying ball Full sanitary sampling valve

Rotating racking arm and port on cone with butterfly valve

Tri clamp discharge arm with butterfly valve

Thermowell with high accuracy temperature sensor
